Create stunning images of Maine’s lupine fields, iconic lighthouses and scenic harbors

Join David in Camden, ME, one of the most beautiful coastal cities in the world. Explore some of his favorite lupine field in the U.S., catch sunset and the Milky Way (weather permitting). The next morning, rise very early to catch sunrise at an overlook and finally visit one of Maine’s scenic harbors.

This workshop includes admissions & some meals.

  • Waterproof hiking boots for walking in shallow water

  • Hiking poles

  • Protective headwear

  • Bug repellent

Physical Difficulty

Very easy. Short walks to viewing points in the lupine field and at the lighthouses. If you plan on getting down on the rocks at Pemaquid, it is moderately difficult.

 

Meeting Details

The workshop will begin at 2 PM. Meeting location within 45 minutes of Camden will be determined based upon the lupine bloom. Specific GPS coordinates will be sent out the week before the workshop.

Itinerary

An itinerary and workshop details will be sent to you before the workshop. Actual shoot stops will depend on the weather. A rough itinerary is as follows:

DAY 1

  • Lupine Field

  • Pemaquid Lighthouse

  • New Harbor

DAY 2

  • Curtis Island Overlook

  • Rockport Harbor

  • Camden Harbor
