Have you ever wondered how photographers make those elegant “wispy” shots of waterfalls?
It’s easier than you think, and we’ll show you how to do it in this 4-hour workshop in the incomparable White Mountains of New Hampshire. We’ll cover equipment needs, lighting considerations, camera settings, and artistic decision-making, as we take you to the best waterfalls along the famous Kancamagus Highway and surrounding areas. By the end of this workshop, you’ll be shooting waterfalls like a pro, and you’ll be able to apply these techniques to photographing all kinds of water in motion! Since we’ll be working with long exposure times, a tripod is mandatory for this class. Also, if you have a polarizer filter or a set of neutral density filters that you would like to learn how to use, please bring them. We will have some filters that we can share with you.
